I asked myself this question as I sit at the computer, trying to figure out what to say. Then it dawned on me, that Sharon has been working very hard at this for me and since she has a few sore fingers I figured I would let her save them for stitching instead of typing.
So what am I to say. Well, we would really like to hear from more of you about your Everest. Since mine is so blatant to most of you I would really feel off the hook if some of you would share. But for those of you who don’t know, I have been working on the MarBeck Nativity for about 15 years. I have 4 of the 5 panels done and the 5th one is about 2/3 done. I decided when I started this project that it needed to be done on black because Jesus was born at night. It is really stunning with all the colors and metallics but . . . that is one of the reasons it is not done. So there is mine, now where is yours.
